Wiremason.com Domain & Intellectual Property

The domain Wiremason.com and all associated intellectual property — including the Wiremason name, logo, trademarks and trade dress — are owned by BULKECOM LLC-FZ (Dubai, UAE) as brand holding company, and licensed to BULKECOM LIMITED (Hong Kong) for operating the website and all commercial activities. Unauthorised use of any content, brand assets or IP is strictly prohibited.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, and able to enter into a binding contract.

Prohibited

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in a way that violates any laws in your jurisdiction — including laws on privacy, surveillance and recording. Cameras, voice recorders and trackers must only be used lawfully and with respect for other people's privacy.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature.

A serious breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the Service.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any lawful reason. You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer and is never stored by us.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and compatibility information on this site are accurate. However, general material on this site is provided for information only, and we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or current at all times.

We may modify the contents of this site at any time. Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to receive goods that match their description.

Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Products & Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. They are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights described in Section 22. Wiremason products are selected by Wiremason and sourced from established manufacturers and suppliers.

We may limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice. Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to display settings. Where a product is described as compatible with third-party devices or services (such as Apple, Samsung or Google), Wiremason is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

VAT, Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom with a total value of £135 or less, UK VAT is included in the price shown at checkout, and no further import charges are due on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT and any applicable customs duty are assessed by HM Revenue & Customs and may be collected by the carrier before delivery; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Where we can calculate them in advance, they will be shown at checkout.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a clear pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund, and we will contact you using the email, billing address and/or phone number provided.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account details so that we can complete your transactions.

Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

Some products work with third-party apps and services — for example companion apps, Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. These are provided by third parties, not by Wiremason, and are governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability, features or future updates, and changes made by their providers are outside our responsibility.

We may also offer new Services or features through the website in the future, which will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-Party Links

Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those websites, and we do not warrant any third-party materials or websites.

Complaints regarding goods or services purchased from third-party websites should be directed to the relevant third party.

User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials (collectively “comments”), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, pay compensation for them, or respond to them.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

Personal Information & Data Protection

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”), and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our store, measure performance and serve relevant advertising.

A cookie consent banner is displayed on your first visit to Wiremason.com, as required by PECR. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our site.

Essential & Functional

Required for the website to function. Managed through Shopify (cart, checkout, sessions, payments, fraud prevention). These cannot be disabled.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use our site. Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible. The full list of analytics providers is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising & Retargeting

Used to deliver relevant ads and measure campaign performance. The complete list of advertising partners is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

Future Partners

We may add integrations over time. Our Privacy Policy is the authoritative source for the current partner list.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Contact us at info@wiremason.com to exercise your rights.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct these at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund, subject to your statutory rights.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

Prohibited activities

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

To violate any international, national or local laws or regulations.

To infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others.

To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability.

To submit false or misleading information.

To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

To collect or track the personal information of others, including through the covert use of trackers, cameras or recording devices.

To spam, phish, scrape, crawl or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.

We may terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights that apply to the products you buy — including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our commercial warranty is set out in Section 26.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BULKECOM LIMITED, BULKECOM LLC-FZ and our directors, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your contract was formed, for business losses (such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunity), or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Wiremason products are supplied for domestic and private use only.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BULKECOM LIMITED, BULKECOM LLC-FZ and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, suppliers and employees against any claim made by a third party arising from your deliberate misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This does not apply to your ordinary use of products as consumer goods.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination. These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or by us.

If you materially breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Termination does not affect orders already placed or your statutory rights in respect of them.

Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision. These Terms and the policies published on this site form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service — without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights, which always apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Why Hong Kong law?

BULKECOM LIMITED, the entity responsible for all sales, customer relations and after-sales support, is incorporated and registered in Hong Kong. Accordingly, Hong Kong law governs the commercial relationship between you and us — without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer (see below).

UK consumers — important

Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other mandatory UK consumer law apply in full and prevail over this clause wherever they give you stronger protection. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.

Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Changes do not affect orders already placed. Material changes affecting consumer rights will be communicated by email where you have an account with us.

Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

Right to Opt-Out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.

To exercise this right: (1) adjust your preferences via our cookie consent banner, (2) use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, or (3) email info@wiremason.com with the subject “California Privacy Request — Do Not Share”. UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from statutory consumer rights that exist in addition to, and where more favourable prevail over, these Terms and our commercial policies.

Your statutory rights

Goods as promised — products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

30-day right to reject — a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, and repair, replacement or refund after that. Claims for faulty goods can be made for up to 6 years (5 in Scotland).

14-day right to cancel — cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the procedure.

Clear pre-contract information — the right to clear information on the product, the total price including taxes, delivery and payment terms before you buy.

Fair contract terms — unfair terms are not binding on you (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Part 2).

Where to seek help

Citizens Advice — free consumer advice in England and Wales at citizensadvice.org.uk.

Advice Direct Scotland — consumer advice in Scotland at consumeradvice.scot.

Consumerline — consumer advice in Northern Ireland via nidirect.gov.uk.

Trading Standards — your local authority service for product safety and trading concerns, reached through the advice services above.

Hierarchy of rights

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a statutory right you have as a UK consumer, the statutory right prevails. Our commercial terms — such as the 30-day return window and the 2-year commercial warranty — apply in addition to, not in place of, your statutory rights. You may rely on whichever is more favourable to you in any situation.

Imported goods note

Wiremason products are shipped to the UK from outside the UK. Your statutory rights are exercisable against BULKECOM LIMITED as the seller, regardless of where the goods were dispatched from. For any product safety concern, please stop using the product and contact us first at info@wiremason.com.

Incorporation of Other Policies

The following policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and Wiremason:

Policies incorporated by reference

Returns & Refunds Policy — governs return requests, your 14-day right to cancel, refund eligibility, return shipping and timelines. In case of conflict, the Returns & Refunds Policy prevails for return-related matters.

Warranty Policy — sets out our 2-year commercial warranty, what it covers and how to make a claim.

Privacy Policy — governs the collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data, including our obligations under UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, PDPO and CCPA/CPRA.

Cookie Policy — governs our use of cookies and similar technologies, your consent choices, and how to manage your preferences.

Shipping Policy — governs delivery options, delivery times, customs and carrier obligations.

Intellectual Property

All original content on Wiremason.com — including text, product descriptions, graphics, the Wiremason name and logo, and page designs — is the property of BULKECOM LLC-FZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names mentioned for compatibility purposes belong to their respective owners.

Licence & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this site in accordance with these Terms.

This licence does not include:

Any resale or commercial use of the site or its contents.

Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of a third party.

Use of data mining, robots, scraping or similar data-gathering tools.

Framing, or the use of metatags or hidden text using our name or trademarks, without our express written consent.

Copyright & IP Takedown

If you believe that content on Wiremason.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to info@wiremason.com with the subject “IP Takedown Request”, including: identification of the protected work; the location of the infringing material; your contact details; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of the rights concerned.

Shipping, Delivery & Title

Wiremason ships to the United Kingdom from our fulfilment partner. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer:

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are indicative. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of purchase.

Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 29).

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number, and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf if anything goes wrong in transit.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will let you know. If it does not arrive within the agreed period, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Customs & Import

For orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is included in the checkout price and no further import charges are due.

For orders over £135, import VAT and any customs duty are assessed by HMRC and may be collected by the carrier before delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing times are outside our control, but do not reduce your statutory rights regarding late delivery.

If you refuse a delivery because of import charges on an order over £135, the return is treated as a cancellation under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping address accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer. Address corrections must be requested before dispatch — we cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Product Warranty & Safety

We stand behind every product we sell through a combination of our commercial warranty and the statutory protections you are entitled to under UK consumer law.

Two layers of protection

Commercial warranty: Wiremason products carry a 2-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of confirmed delivery. Full details are in our Warranty Policy. Statutory rights: this warranty is in addition to — and in no way limits — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Both apply independently, and you may rely on whichever is more favourable.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including failed electronic components, buttons, ports and displays.

Batteries that fail, swell or lose capacity abnormally because of a defect.

Connectivity, charging or audio faults caused by a hardware defect.

Products that arrive damaged in transit — please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can claim from the carrier (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Accidental damage from drops, impacts, crushing or cracked screens after delivery.

Liquid damage or exposure beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating.

Damage from unauthorised modification, disassembly, repair attempts or firmware tampering.

Damage from incompatible chargers, cables or power supplies, or from power surges.

Normal wear of consumable parts such as ear tips, straps and replaceable coin-cell batteries.

Electrical & battery safety

Please read and follow the safety instructions supplied with every product.

Mains-powered products are designed for the UK electrical supply (230V, 50Hz) unless otherwise stated on the product page. Rechargeable products should be charged with the cable supplied or a suitable charger matching the stated input rating. Wiremason is not responsible for damage or injury arising from:

Use contrary to the safety instructions supplied with the product.

Charging with damaged, counterfeit or incompatible chargers and cables.

Modifications to the product's wiring, battery, components or housing.

Leaving heating appliances, such as space heaters and garment steamers, unattended or covered while in use.

If a product becomes unusually hot, swells, leaks, smells of burning or makes unusual noises, stop using it immediately, disconnect it from power, keep it away from flammable materials and contact us at info@wiremason.com. This does not limit our liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Health, tracking & recording devices

Health and fitness readings from wearables are wellness estimates, not medical measurements; our products are not medical devices and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Trackers help locate items but cannot guarantee their recovery. Cameras, smart glasses and voice recorders must be used lawfully — you are responsible for respecting other people's privacy and complying with laws on recording.

How to make a warranty or statutory claim

Email info@wiremason.com with the subject “Warranty Claim — Order #XXXX”. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the fault. We will respond within 5 business days and arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate to the fault and your statutory rights.

Force Majeure

Wiremason is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Events beyond our control

Natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes or extreme weather.

War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or sanctions.

Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies.

Disruption to global supply chains, port closures or manufacturing stoppages.

Strikes or industrial action affecting carriers or logistics providers.

Failures of third-party infrastructure, including internet providers, payment processors or hosting providers.

Export restrictions, trade embargoes or changes to customs rules affecting international shipments.

If such an event occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If it continues for more than 30 days, you may cancel the affected order and receive a full refund for any goods not delivered. This clause does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Electronic Communications

By using Wiremason.com or communicating with us by email, you agree to receive communications from us electronically.

Your agreement

You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically — by email or on the site — satisfy any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing. This includes order confirmations, shipping notifications, refund confirmations and policy update notices. This consent does not affect your statutory rights.

We only send marketing emails where you have opted in, or where the law otherwise permits. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at info@wiremason.com. Transactional emails about your orders are not marketing and will continue to be sent as part of fulfilling your contract.

User Reviews, Ratings & Content

By submitting User Content (reviews, ratings, comments, photographs), you grant Wiremason a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display that content in any media, including for marketing, for as long as it remains published. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Your responsibilities

User Content must be truthful and based on your genuine experience with our products.

User Content must not contain false or misleading statements, defamatory claims, or content that infringes third-party rights.

User Content must not contain personal information of third parties, unsolicited promotional material or spam.

Fake reviews, and reviews given in exchange for payment, free products or other incentives without clear disclosure, are prohibited under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

We publish genuine reviews regardless of rating, and we do not suppress negative reviews. We may remove content that breaches these rules or applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. We encourage you to follow the process below before starting formal proceedings — without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights:

Step 1 — Contact us first

Email info@wiremason.com describing the issue and the outcome you are looking for. We will respond within 14 days and work with you to resolve it. Most issues are settled at this stage.

Step 2 — Formal proceedings

If we cannot resolve the matter, you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, including through the small claims process for lower-value disputes. We may also bring proceedings as set out in Section 18, subject to your right to be sued only in the courts where you live.

Independent advice

For free independent advice on your rights, contact Citizens Advice (England & Wales), Advice Direct Scotland or Consumerline (Northern Ireland).

Class Action Waiver

Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against Wiremason, BULKECOM LIMITED or BULKECOM LLC-FZ. This waiver does not apply where it is prohibited by law, and nothing in it restricts collective or representative actions available to consumers under UK law.

Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

Purchases on Wiremason.com must be made by a person aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Some products, such as kids' smartwatches, are designed to be used by children but must be purchased and set up by a parent or guardian.

Children's data

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the age set by UK GDPR for consent to online services, and the threshold under the US COPPA rules). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@wiremason.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may cancel any order we have reason to believe was placed by a minor without appropriate consent, with a full refund of any payment made.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Wiremason does not currently offer subscription products or services. All purchases on Wiremason.com are one-time transactions. If this changes, this section will be updated, and any subscription will require your explicit consent at the time you subscribe, in line with UK consumer law.
