2-Year Warranty

Effective 22 September 2026  ·  Wiremason.com

✓ 2 years from delivery ✓ Free repair, replacement or refund ✓ UK statutory rights protected ✓ Consumer Rights Act 2015
This warranty is provided by BULKECOM LIMITED (Company Reg. No. 79121229), incorporated in Hong Kong, the commercial entity responsible for all Wiremason sales through Wiremason.com. It is offered voluntarily and in addition to — not in place of — your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may rely on either, or both, to obtain a remedy.

Coverage Overview

Every Wiremason product is covered by a 2-year commercial warranty from the date your order is delivered. It protects you against manufacturing defects and component failures under normal everyday use, at no cost to you for the full coverage period.

What this warranty covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Failure of electronic components, circuit boards, buttons or ports

Devices that won't charge or hold a charge because of a defect

Bluetooth, pairing or connectivity failures caused by a hardware fault

Speakers, microphones, cameras or displays that stop working under normal use

Defects in cases, bags and accessories — seams, clasps, magnets, hinges and straps

What it costs you

Nothing

Warranty claims are processed at no charge. Wiremason covers the assessment, repair, replacement parts and return shipping for approved claims. Your only obligation is to provide proof of purchase and photos or a short video of the issue.

When the clock starts

The 2-year warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the order date. This is recorded automatically by your carrier tracking, and the delivery date is also visible in your Wiremason account.

Your UK Statutory Rights

This commercial warranty does not replace, limit or override your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Those rights exist independently and alongside this warranty, and you are free to rely on either or both.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods must be as promised — every product must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described.

30-day right to reject — if a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

Within 6 months of delivery — a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery. You are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund or price reduction if that doesn't fix the problem.

Up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland) — you can make a claim for faulty goods, although after 6 months you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.

14-day right to cancel — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where to get independent advice

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, free independent advice is available from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk (England & Wales), consumeradvice.scot (Scotland) and Consumerline at nidirect.gov.uk (Northern Ireland). We always encourage contacting info@wiremason.com first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours of direct contact.

What's Not Covered

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and component failures arising under normal everyday use. The following are excluded from the commercial warranty. None of these exclusions affect your statutory rights.

Damage & misuse exclusions

Accidental damage from drops, impacts or crushing, including cracked screens, lenses or casings

Liquid damage, or exposure to water beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating

Damage from incompatible chargers, cables or power supplies (mains products are rated for UK 230V / 50Hz)

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, opening the device or altering its firmware

Use of a product for anything other than its intended purpose, or against the instructions supplied

Wear, cosmetic & environmental exclusions

Normal wear and tear — scuffs, surface scratches, fading, stretched straps and worn ear tips

Gradual loss of battery capacity through normal use (see Section 07)

Minor variations in colour or texture between units — these are not defects

Damage from improper cleaning (solvents, abrasive cleaners, submerging non-waterproof devices)

Damage from extreme heat, cold, humidity or prolonged direct sunlight

Consumables & third-party exclusions

Replaceable batteries such as CR2032 coin cells (see Section 07)

Parts that wear through use — ear tips, straps, brush heads and cables

Issues caused by third-party apps, phone operating-system updates, or changes to services such as Apple Find My or Google Find Hub

Loss of an item fitted with a tracker — trackers help locate items but cannot guarantee their recovery

Indirect or consequential loss (see Section 08)

Borderline cases

If you're unsure whether an issue qualifies — for example, a device that stopped charging with no memory of damage, or a fault you can't attribute to misuse — contact us. We assess every case individually. Where there's genuine doubt, we lean toward resolving it in your favour.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Wiremason product has a covered defect, follow the steps below. We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Step-by-step claim process

1

Email us at info@wiremason.com

Use the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]” (e.g. “Warranty Claim – #1001”).

2

Include the required information

Your order number, the delivery date, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault. For connectivity or charging issues, tell us which phone, charger or cable you used. The more detail, the faster we can assess.

3

We assess your claim within 1–3 business days

We review your submission, may suggest a quick troubleshooting step or ask for more detail, and confirm whether the issue is covered. You receive a written response with our decision.

4

If approved, we arrange the return at no cost

Wiremason provides a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, in its original packaging where possible, with all components and accessories included.

5

We inspect on receipt within 1–2 business days

On arrival, the item is inspected to confirm the fault and decide the appropriate remedy (see Section 05).

6

Remedy delivered within 14 days

Whether the outcome is repair, replacement or refund, it is completed within 14 days of our inspection — consistent with the refund timescale under UK consumer law.

Proof of purchase

Your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. If you can't find it, we can verify your order using your email address and approximate purchase date — just include both in your claim.

Remedies — Repair, Replace or Refund

For approved claims under this warranty, Wiremason offers repair, replacement or refund. Unlike the statutory position after 6 months, you won't need to prove the fault was present at delivery — if it's a covered defect within 2 years, we put it right.

First: Repair

Free of charge

Where a fault can be fixed without replacing the whole product — a failed port, a loose hinge, a faulty button — we offer repair. Return shipping is covered both ways.

Second: Replacement

Identical or equivalent

For most electronics, replacement is the faster and more reliable fix. We replace the item with an identical unit, or — if the model is no longer stocked — an equivalent of at least the same value.

Third: Refund or reduction

Full or proportional

Where neither repair nor replacement is possible, or has not solved the problem, you are entitled to a full refund or a proportional price reduction, paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your right to choose

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can choose between repair and replacement, unless the option you choose is impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the other. If we believe one option is clearly more appropriate, we will explain why — and you may disagree. Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty product outright for a full refund.

Warranty Period & Transferability

Duration

2 years

From the date your order is delivered, as recorded by carrier tracking. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 run alongside it and continue beyond it.

Transferability

Original purchaser only

This commercial warranty applies only to the original purchaser, evidenced by the Wiremason.com order confirmation. If you bought the product as a gift, the recipient can claim with your order details.

Repaired or replaced items

A repair or replacement under warranty does not start a new 2-year period; cover continues from the original delivery date. However, the repaired or replacement item is covered for at least the remainder of the original term, or 6 months from the date of the remedy — whichever is longer.

Batteries & Consumables

Most of our products run on batteries, and batteries age with use. This is how they're treated under this warranty:

Replaceable batteries

Products powered by replaceable coin cells — such as Bluetooth trackers and sensors using CR2032 batteries — are supplied with a battery fitted.

Coin cells are consumables and are not covered once depleted. They are inexpensive and widely available; replacement instructions are included with each product. The device itself remains fully covered.

Built-in rechargeable batteries

Earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, smart glasses, power banks and other products with built-in rechargeable batteries are fully covered for 2 years.

If a battery fails, swells, or loses capacity far faster than normal because of a defect, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. A gradual reduction in battery life over hundreds of charge cycles is normal for lithium batteries and is not a defect.

A note on chargers

Using an unsuitable or damaged charger is one of the most common causes of battery and port failure — and damage caused this way is excluded from the warranty. Use the cable supplied, or a reputable UKCA or CE-marked charger that matches the input rating in the product description. Stop using any device that becomes unusually hot, swells or smells of burning, and contact us.

Limitations & Disclaimers

The following limitations apply to this commercial warranty. They do not affect your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract under UK law.

Scope of Wiremason's obligations

Wiremason's obligations under this commercial warranty are repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as described in Section 05.

Cases, covers and protective accessories reduce the risk of damage but cannot guarantee a device will survive a fall. Damage to your phone, watch or other device while fitted with one of our accessories is not covered, except where caused by a defect in our product.

Health and fitness readings from wearables — heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and steps — are wellness estimates, not medical measurements. Our products are not medical devices. Variation in readings is not a defect unless a sensor has failed.

Wiremason is not responsible for loss of data, recordings or content stored on a device. Please back up anything important before sending a product for repair.

Warranty service is provided through Wiremason's designated fulfilment partner. Self-repair, third-party repair or attempted repair voids the commercial warranty.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Nothing in this warranty limits, excludes or modifies your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where this commercial warranty offers less than your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
